South African Jasmine

Star Jasmine, Star Jasmine and more Star Jasmine! For decades, we’ve wanted this low mounding vine for its durability, fragrance and white star flowers. For decades, we’ve watched it flower for a short season in the spring and then often get munched to the ground by urban gorilla bunny rabbits. Wouldn’t it be nice if there was a Jasmine that was much showier in white flowers, bloomed MOST OF THE YEAR, and tasted terrible to rabbits? It would be even nicer if you could add waterwise capability to it, strong sweet Jasmine fragrance, and cold-hardiness down into the low 20’s!
