Aeonium arboreum atropurpureum, commonly known as ‘Purple Pinwheels’ is full of pinwheel like purple leaves with green centers that look like year-round flowers. It can grow 2′-3′ tall by 1′-2′ wide. During the spring and summer, it explodes with huge, brilliant, canary yellow flower spikes. Full sun to part shade. Water-wise. Frost tender.
