Common name: Slender Rays Agave

Agave geminiflora, commonly known as Slender Rays Agave has slender leaves to 18″ long radiate out perfectly and symmetrically from the center of the single rosette, looking more like graphic art than a desert plant. Forms a single rosette rather than clumping, which is why it is best propagated from seed- there are only occasional “pups.” Hardy to the mid 20s. Beautiful “Living Art” in the landscape.
