Sedum praealtum, commonly known as Green Apple Snap is an exciting, succulent landscaping shrub with apple green leaves, and brilliant yellow flowers blooming winter through spring. When you are looking for a plant that is incredibly water-wise, but lush looking, this one is a winner! Grows to 3′ tall by 3′ round, loves full sun or partial shade, and is fantastic on slopes, or used as a graceful succulent hedge (no pruning required), as well. Hardy to low 20s. Tolerates plenty of regular garden watering, or can naturalize completely on rainfall on the California coast.
