Sesleria caeruela ‘Blue Moor Grass’ is an attractive and neat, this low-growing, clumping grass displays strong narrow blue-green blades. Blooms April to May with wheat colored spike like pannicles. Evergreen in most zones. Approximately 8″ tall by 1-2 feet wide. Full sun to partial shade. Prefers regular to moderately moist soil. Hardy to the mid teens.
