Perovskia atriplicifolia, commonly known as Russian Sage. There’s nothing like the feathery masses of frosty neon purples & light blues of this plant in bloom! Can be a perennial shrub of up to 3 feet all around in size. Very drought tolerant when established. Dies down to the ground in winter. Hardy to below 0° F.
