WwB (What would be...) A good plant recommendation?
Echeveria
Common name: Sahara
It is every designer and passionate gardener’s dream
to be able to incorporate the fancy, ruffled Echeverias
(Mexican Hens and Chicks) into the landscape... and yet, they don’t hold up. They’re not durable... Until now! E. ‘Sahara’ has been trialed in full sun, and filtered shade. It has been subjected to mid-20’s for cold and summers with some daytime temperatures exceeding over 100°F. If you have been burned because hundreds of your Echeveria ‘Afterglows’ slowly died out on your project, then this is the variety you really wanted. It gets better and stronger each year!

Don't forget to ask about the "Certified Label Program," when picking up new plants.
