Update: March 23rd, 2020

We’re still open! How can that be? Government has determined that agriculture is an essential activity that is protected, and must go on during these times of various levels of quarantine. Maybe that’s because food comes from there. Maybe that’s where life is, and lives. Maybe it’s essential that plants keep purifying components of the atmosphere and making life-giving oxygen. Maybe because humans must have beauty and nature, for the soul, when experiencing tough times.

How does that work for you? When you are going crazy and cooped up, come to 20 acres of cactus flowers and roses; specialty plants, succulents, perennials and shrubs; and find ideas on how to play with your plants at home! Your kids can stretch their legs and gaze at fish, turtles and frogs in the ponds. Plenty of room to keep safe distances (while smiling) between you and other folks as we all work to stop the spread of COVID19.

We are open 8:00 to 5:00 Monday through Saturday; and 9:00 to 2:00 on Sunday. We’re serving both retail and wholesale purchase as well. Our offices are back open too. Give us a call, or send us a note.

To the Waterwise Botanicals family of visitors, customers and patrons :

In light of the current Coronavirus situation, we wanted to let you know what’s up at Waterwise
Botanicals. There are literally 20 acres here, so it’s probably a relatively safe space to be able to be
outdoors, enjoy the beauty of endless flowers, cactus and succulents, and have something to do
while the world waits. When you are here, go ahead and give others reasonable space as well
(social distancing), but my how peaceful it is to be out in nature, or at home “stay-cationing” with
your plants and in your own garden as well.

As part of our ongoing efforts to provide a safe working environment, we have increased the
frequency of cleaning and sanitizing our work areas and facilities, and have instructed our
employees to stay home if not feeling well, or if they have family members in their homes who
aren’t feeling well.

For commercial customers, we are working hard to continually support your business operations.
This means we are still fully staffed to take your orders via phone/online and continue deliveries to
your job sites. Will-calls are still acceptable.

We care about your safety as well as ours. So we urge you to practice all directives being given
regarding your own hand sanitizing and washing, staying home if not feeling well, and not
grouping up too close, or near, with other people.

We wish the best to all, and our thoughts and prayers are toward you, as well as our whole
country.
